Early life

Robin Quivers was born on August 8, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland to Charles and Lula Quivers. She has an older brother, Charles Quivers Jr.

Charles Quivers was a veteran of the Second World War and a steelworker at Bethlehem Steel.

Robin's mother, Lula Harvey, was born in Tabbs, Virginia sometime in the late 1920s or early 1930s. Lula was one of seven children.
